This laundry room was long overdue for a refresh—flat white walls, zero storage, and no style. I wanted a space that felt bold, warm, and functional. Here's how I brought it to life using FrogTape® and one rich color from floor to ceiling.

The Plan
Go all-in with a deep, moody tone to add personality. Use one color in multiple finishes for a layered look, and add storage to make the space work harder.

What I Used
FrogTape® Multi-Surface
FrogTape® Delicate Surface
Benjamin Moore Tarpley Brown (Flat, Satin, Semi-Gloss)
Paint brushes + rollers
Sandpaper + cleaning cloths
Shaker cabinet doors + brass knobs
Wood for custom pedestal

The Process
1. Prepped the room.Cleaned walls, patched holes, lightly sanded.
2. Taped it off.Used FrogTape® Multi-Surface on ceilings and cabinets. Switched to Delicate Surface on cured walls to protect trim.
3. Painted.Flat on the ceiling, satin on walls, and semi-gloss on baseboards—all in Tarpley Brown.
4. Upgraded storage.Added shaker-style cabinet doors, brass hardware, and built a pedestal to lift the washer/dryer.

The Result
A bold, rich laundry room that finally feels part of the home. Clean edges, warm color, and smart storage—FrogTape® helped me pull it all together.
